Covid Protocols Updated in january 2023

Dear Foothill Farms Family,

We want to thank all of you for being so patient and understanding of our COVID-19 protocols! We know the last few years have not been easy for anyone and we are constantly evolving our protocols to keep everyone safe and to ensure exceptional care. We have had to adjust our current policies not only to due to the virus but also due to an increased need for veterinary services. For everyone’s protection and to ensure we can continue to treat as many patients as possible, we ask:

For deposits for all exams and surgeries in order to keep the lobby clear, allow for extended appointment times, and ensure we are not turning patients away needlessly.
To be alerted ahead of time if you or any family members are ill.
That you practice social distancing while in the lobby or any communal spaces.
For at least 24 hours’ notice for all prescription refills.

To ensure we are dedicating all available resources to meeting our patients’ medical needs, we
regret that we cannot schedule technician appointments for routine nail trims or grooming
services. If either service cannot safely be performed without sedation and does require a
veterinarian, we will be happy to discuss your pet’s needs with you.
